Requirements include:

• 1–3 years of experience in architectural design
• Architect in Training (AIT)
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and clients to bring design concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects, from concept through construction documentation.
• Prepare detailed drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to refine and develop architectural concepts.
• Conduct site analysis and assist in research related to building codes, zoning regulations, and materials.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing design insights and feedback.
• Support the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with architectural trends, software, and industry best practices.
