Requirements include:
- 1–3 years of experience in architectural design
- Architect in Training (AIT)
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and clients to bring design concepts to life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects, from concept through construction documentation.
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to refine and develop architectural concepts.
- Conduct site analysis and assist in research related to building codes, zoning regulations, and materials.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing design insights and feedback.
- Support the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
