Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience and a PE license to join a growing firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have experience in single-family residential projects and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on single-family residential projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Proficiency with civil design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of local codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage civil engineering projects for single-family residential developments
• Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, and utility designs
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Review and approve construction plans and specifications
• Conduct site inspections to ensure projects are completed according to plans and safety standards
• Assist with permitting, regulatory compliance, and zoning requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff
