Requirements include:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in land development or civil engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; Professional Engineer (PE) license highly desirable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Houston’s local codes, regulations, and development processes is a plus.
