Civil Project Manager Full Time

We are partnering with a respected engineering firm to find an experienced Civil Project Manager for their team in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage civil engineering projects in a dynamic and growing firm.

Requirements include:

• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering or project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong experience in project management, design, and construction oversight.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver successful projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from design through construction.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage client relationships, providing technical expertise and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and staff.
