Mid to Senior Geotechnical Engineer Full Time

We are recruiting for a Geotechnical Engineer to join a growing, well-established team. This is a great opportunity to mentor junior staff, collaborate with senior engineers, and be involved in a range of challenging projects across Northern California.

Requirements include:

• California Geotechnical Engineer (GE) license – required
• 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Strong foundation and slope stability design experience
• Familiarity with seismic hazard analysis and ground improvement techniques
• Project management experience (for senior applicants)
• Interest in mentoring junior staff and growing technical capabilities
• Willingness to obtain an Oregon GE license (if not already licensed)

Responsibilities:

• Lead geotechnical investigations and design projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with geologists, lab technicians, and engineers across multiple offices
• Mentor and support the development of junior engineers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
