We are recruiting for a Geotechnical Engineer to join a growing, well-established team. This is a great opportunity to mentor junior staff, collaborate with senior engineers, and be involved in a range of challenging projects across Northern California.
Requirements include:
- California Geotechnical Engineer (GE) license – required
- 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Strong foundation and slope stability design experience
- Familiarity with seismic hazard analysis and ground improvement techniques
- Project management experience (for senior applicants)
- Interest in mentoring junior staff and growing technical capabilities
- Willingness to obtain an Oregon GE license (if not already licensed)
Responsibilities:
- Lead geotechnical investigations and design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with geologists, lab technicians, and engineers across multiple offices
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
