Plumbing Engineer – Building Services Full Time

Our client is seeking a capable Plumbing Engineer to join their team in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional who can take ownership of plumbing design projects and deliver practical, high-quality solutions. A PE license is not required; a minimum of five years of relevant experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop plumbing systems for building projects.
• Prepare plumbing layouts, plans, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate plumbing designs with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Review designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with applicable codes.
• Support projects from initial concept through construction documentation.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and project teams as required.
• Assist with resolving technical issues and design challenges during project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant plumbing engineering experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of plumbing system design and applicable building codes.
• Ability to produce and review technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.
• PE license is not required.
