Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead land development projects from initial planning through delivery. This is an opportunity for a civil engineering professional to combine technical expertise, project leadership, client communication, and team coordination in a project-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil land development projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering activities across project teams and disciplines.
- Review designs, plans, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Support permitting, approvals, and project coordination activities.
- Monitor project progress and address technical or scheduling issues.
- Assist with proposals and contribute to client relationship development.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and design professionals.
- Maintain project quality and ensure work meets applicable standards and requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience managing civil engineering or land development projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and land development processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects, teams, schedules, and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build productive relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Experience with commercial, residential, or mixed-use land development is beneficial.
Salary Range: $125,000 to $145,000, based on experience and qualifications.
