Roadway Designer Full Time

Our client is looking for a talented Roadway Design Engineer or Project Manager with 5-12 years of experience to join their team. Requirements include:

• 5-12 years of experience in roadway design, project management, or a technical engineering role.
• Strong background in roadway design and transportation engineering.
• Proven experience managing or contributing to design projects, with the ability to handle both technical and management responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and contribute to roadway design projects, from planning to execution.
• Provide technical expertise in the design and construction of transportation infrastructure.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Review and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and specifications.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on technical design issues.
