Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in roadway design and project management.
- EIT/PE Preferred
- Strong understanding of roadway design principles, transportation engineering, and project delivery.
- Proven experience managing clients and project teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee roadway design projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
