Requirements include:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and slope stability analysis.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, LPILE, gINT).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead geotechnical investigations and analysis for a variety of projects.
- Oversee field explorations, laboratory testing, and data analysis.
- Develop geotechnical engineering designs and recommendations.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
