Our client is looking for a seasoned accounting leader with deep Private Enterprise experience and a proven track record at the Senior Manager level. The successful candidate will bring particular strength in reviewing compilation engagements and the technical confidence to serve as a trusted advisor to private business clients.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee Private Enterprise engagements from planning through completion
- Perform expert-level reviews of compilation engagements
- Review financial statements and related accounting information
- Ensure engagement work meets appropriate professional and quality standards
- Advise clients on accounting and financial reporting matters
- Lead and mentor members of the engagement team
- Manage multiple client relationships and engagement priorities
- Contribute to the continued development of the Private Enterprise practice
What Our Client Is Seeking
- At least 5 years of Senior Manager-level experience
- Extensive public accounting experience
- Expert knowledge and practical experience reviewing compilation engagements
- Strong private enterprise accounting background
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to provide leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach
- US tax experience or expertise is a bonus
