Senior Structural Engineer & Revit Operator Full Time

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer & Revit Operator to join our client’s team in West Palm Beach, FL. If you have extensive experience in building-focused structural design and proficiency in Revit, we want to hear from you!

Requirements include:

• 7+ years in structural engineering, with a focus on building projects.
• PE required
• Proficient in Revit for structural modeling, as well as other structural design software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and project teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design of building projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
• Develop and produce detailed Revit models and structural drawings for a variety of building types.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations for different materials, ensuring designs are safe and efficient.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of structural systems.
• Review and approve technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Participate in client meetings and project presentations, providing technical expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and advancements in Revit and other structural design tools.
