Senior Tax Accountant Full Time

Our client, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to join their team in Jericho, New York.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s continued success.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax.
• Extensive experience preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Proficiency with CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, and SmartVault.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience working directly with clients and providing tax and advisory support.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
