Our client is a well-established structural engineering consulting firm seeking a Structural Engineer to join its growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position based primarily in Dallas, with the Austin office also being considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems for a variety of building projects.
• Prepare structural calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Attend client meetings and communicate engineering solutions clearly and professionally.
• Review designs for compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
• Support projects through design, permitting, and construction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a focus in Structural Engineering.
• 4–10 years of structural engineering experience within the building sector.
• PE or SE license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
