Structural Engineer

This is a full-time, in-office position based primarily in Dallas, with the Austin office also being considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems for a variety of building projects.
- Prepare structural calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Attend client meetings and communicate engineering solutions clearly and professionally.
- Review designs for compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
- Support projects through design, permitting, and construction.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree with a focus in Structural Engineering.
- 4–10 years of structural engineering experience within the building sector.
- PE or SE license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
