Structural Engineering Operations Manager Full Time
A leading engineering firm in Billerica, MA, is seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Operations Manager to lead projects, optimize operations, and drive growth. This is a great opportunity for a skilled leader with a strong background in structural engineering and team management.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain in MA)
- Minimum of 10 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and structural analysis
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
