Tax Manager Full Time

Our client, a leading competitor in the Public Accounting Industry is looking for a Talented Tax Manager to join their team.

This role will lead tax compliance, planning, consulting, and controversy engagements for a diverse client base that includes private companies, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities.

Requirements include:

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, including review and client management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals.
• Tax planning and structuring, ASC 740 tax provision (private companies), complex business tax compliance
