Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to play a senior leadership role within its tax practice. The opportunity is particularly suited to a proven tax professional with an established book of business and the ability to contribute to continued practice growth while providing high-level tax advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee tax engagements for a diverse client base.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services.
- Review complex federal and state tax returns and related work.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Advise clients on tax matters, opportunities, and compliance requirements.
- Mentor and support tax professionals within the practice.
- Contribute to business development and practice growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new business.
- Maintain high professional and technical standards across engagements.
Key Requirements
- Significant tax accounting and public accounting experience.
- Demonstrated experience at a senior leadership or Partner level.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation.
- Established client relationships and a transferable book of business preferred.
- Strong business development and relationship-management capabilities.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
- CPA designation or equivalent professional credentials.
Salary range dependent on experience and qualifications: $200,000–$350,000 per year, plus potential additional compensation based on the firm’s compensation structure and business development.
