Tax Supervisor Full Time

Our client, is seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Supervisor to join their growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing tax engagements, supporting junior staff, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred (or actively pursuing).
• Minimum of 4–6+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax.
• Experience preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Prior experience supervising and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines, especially during busy season.
• Experience working directly with clients and providing tax planning and advisory support.
