Audit Senior / Audit Manager Full Time

Our client, a well-established and growing public accounting firm in San Diego, California, is seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Senior and/or Audit Manager to join their team.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred (or actively pursuing).
• Minimum of 3–5+ years of public accounting experience for Senior level; 6–8+ years for Manager level.
• Strong experience with audit and assurance engagements for private and closely held businesses.
• Experience planning, leading, and executing audit engagements from start to finish.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior staff.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing relationships.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and professional auditing standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines, especially during busy season.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
