Geotechnical Senior PM / Branch Manager Full Time

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Geotechnical Senior Project Manager / Branch Manager to lead operations in Pensacola, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take charge of a growing office, manage diverse projects, and drive business success.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, with at least 5 years as a licensed PE.
• Strong background in commercial and residential project management.
• Proven experience with P&L management and business operations.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and resolve client issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee geotechnical engineering projects, including commercial and residential developments.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead project teams, providing technical oversight and mentorship.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, handling project challenges and ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare and review reports, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
