Roadway Project Manager Full Time

We are partnering with a respected engineering firm in Indiana, and they are always on the lookout for experienced Roadway Project Managers. Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience in roadway design and project management.
• EIT/PE Preferred
• Strong understanding of roadway design principles, transportation engineering, and project delivery.
• Proven experience managing clients and project teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee roadway design projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
